hello everyone,
I have broswed around and i cannot find my solutions.
I have a bunch of audio. Also, i have the transcript of each audio (like, the words being spoken in the audio).
I try to create subtitle (SRT) through matching the existing transcript (text) to the audio.
My research shows that this process is called forced alignment, or speech to text forced alignment.
However, i don't have luck finding any related topic in Adobe Premiere.
May someone help me out? Does Adobe use another term to represent what I try to achieve (matching text to audio)? Thank you very much!
Buddhism,
There is no process for matching an existing transcript to audio.
You can use the PR Speech to Text to transcribe, create captions, and match your transcript/srt to that timing. This was added in PR version 15.4 (an update to PR 2021).
Or use your transcript to edit the transcription before creating the captions.
