Ive had this problem for a while only with this format. Anytime i import a new clip to the Timeline the sequence acts super laggy. I can never seem to get it to act normal after trying countless ways to remove lag and changing sequence settings. Ive also never seen anyone with the same issues excpet for one person on Mac. Can someone please help me.
