Frame count not showing when hovering over video.

Hey all,

I'm having an issue where the frame count of each video doesn't show when I hover over the video in the timeline. 

I have a Mac desktop, and the most recent version of Premiere Pro.

Hi, you are talking of Premiere 2023, but which version of MacOS, and is it a Apple Silicon Processor, or an Intel one?

It's MacOs Ventura and an Intel processor.

This seems to be a bug with Ventura.

I noticed this only started happening once I updated my MacOS to Ventura!
