Hey guys,
We have arround 70 editors hires and lots of them use frame IO inside Premiere.
Now on several on them they have acces to same groups as others but not able to see all the groups.
But when they open a browser and go to frame IO there they see all there groups and content.
This is on Adobe 23.3 and on all pc's. Once it is empty , it stays empty, adding on new groups and so did not solve it. remove user and put back in, no result. Anybody seen this?
SO on a browser all is fine , upload download, but inside premiere on same machine it doesnt work ...
