Frozen first clip in sequence

Hello all, I am fairly new with Premiere Pro and having a pretty consistent issue. I can creat the video I want (intended to be a promo for a local event) and everything looks fantastic in the program. However when I export it to my desktop the first clip of the video shows as a still image. Once the next clip come it plays fine and I have no other issue to the end of the video. Just that very first clip in the sequence not playing. Any help would be MASSIVELY helpful!

Please post comp specs, Premiere version and build, MediaInfo info in Treeview on footage used, sequence settings and export settings.

You'll have to help me understand a little bit on what you need. The export settings I have never fooled with. I just clicked export. Where can I find the sequence settings you need? Thank you for trying to help here
