Frozen image in AVI files

Hi! I reinstaled the Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 in my notebook, but videos in AVI format are not be reproduced, image is frozen throughout the entire video. What it can be?!

Dear John, soo much thanks.

I downloated the software MediaInfo and discover some informations about the AVI videos, I incluted the Print  here, if u could help, really i don't know what more i can do do solve it.

Just to do more informations about the problem, when i import the AVI file in the program and play the video in the line edition, the image is frozen along the all video time in the fisrt frame, and the problem continue when the video is exported to other format (MPEG for example).
