Hey all, the title pretty much sums up the issue I'm having.
Not sure what kind of screwed-up update I blindly installed (whether it be Adobe, Windows, etc), but as of the last few days, I've seen my rendering time for a 2 MINUTE social video go from under 2 minutes to 30 minutes. It's ridiculous.
For context, I'm working with 10bit 4:2:2 4K footage on a 1080p timeline. Most clips generally scaled down to 50% with leeway for resizing. This is my typical workflow. Only change up for this particular piece is a title Mogrt, and a Subtitle track (auto-captioned, and burned into video). Even then, I disabled both Mogrt/caption elements to isolate the issue, and with JUST the footage and audio, I'm still getting a 25+ minute render. For 2 minutes of video.
PC Specs:
Premiere Pro (22.1.2)
OS: Windows 10
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5950x
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
RAM: 64 GBs
Storage 1: Samsung 980 PRO NVMe 2TB 4.0
Storage 2: (Media Cache Files & Database) Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe 1TB
Hardware Encoding (OpenCL) is enabled, but during renders Premiere uses 0-2% of my GPU, and anywhere between 40-60% CPU. Almost For what it's worth, prior to this issue, I'd notice Premiere utilizng almost 100% of my CPUs resources, but in turn, I was able to crank out renders incredibly quick.
Could it be the latest Premiere update? Or a Windows thing? Working on a deadline with multiple deliverables and it's costing time to render out what should be simple renders.
Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there,
We're sorry about the poor experience. What is the format/codec of the media file that you are working with? Also, let us know your export settings.
Thanks,
Sumeet
