FX3 Timecode Not Recognized

I'm having an issue with Premiere Pro recognizing the timecode on the footage from my FX3.

Premiere Pro is up to date (22.5) and I'm on an M1 Max Mac Studio with MacOS 12.5

For some reason Premiere thinks the "Media Start" on all my FX3 footage is 0:00:00, whether or not the TC should be something else. I'm able to confirm that this is a Prmiere error because Davinci Resolve and Catalyst Browse can correctly display what the timecode is supposed to be.

Also, Premiere recognizes the timecode on the file from my audio recorder just fine, which means that whatever wonky is going on is specific to the way Premiere is interpreting the FX3 footage. I'm thinking this may have something to do with the FX3 using MP4 containers, but at a loss for why Premiere would be the only application that can't handle it.

Thanks in advance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
