Gaus blur moves image down and to the right

Just so the answer is out there, I ran into an issue where I applied a gaus blur in and a gaus blur out at the beginning and end of my clip.  If I apply only one of them it works as expected.  When I apply both of them then one of the blurs (can be either) will move the clip down and to the right while blurring out (no, position of the object is not adjusted).

The answer is that you need to apply gaussian blur in the same layer.  I was applying it as two different gaussian blur presets and it was causing the problem.  When I deleted the second layer of guassian blur and made the same blur in and blur out on one layer the problem was resolved.

Sorry, not the clip moving down and to the right, but the object was moved down and to the right.  The same will occur to text if I apply the presets individually.  The text will move outside the text box down and to the right.

Just Click check Repeat Edge Pixels option in both gaussian blur effects and this bug or problem will be Fixed

But keep in mind that Repeat Edge Pixels will make your blur look diffrent if its on text you may see little blur sharp cut off.
