Getting lag after upgrade to MacOS Ventura

Hi, I'm having problem with lagging issue. Example if you want to open/close speed options on the timeline. I will take a seconds to open/close. How to solve this?

Sorry for the issue. Do you only see this issue while opening and closing dialog boxes and windows? A screen recording could help us better understand the issue. Please share your current Premiere Pro version and system specifications (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM). We're here to help.
