Glitch with Premiere Pro 2023

I can't create a new color matte without trying up to ten times. Nor can I add "bold title" or "bold presents" to a timeline of a new project in Premiere Pro 2023.

The play/ pause for one. I think that I am figuring it out. I got them to work. I just need to work with it some more. I am still having the issue with the essential graphics that I mentioned above.
