Glitches in final video files Premiere Pro

Hi everyone!

Hopefully, you can help me with this issue. For about two weeks now, I've been experiencing problems with rendering my videos. Everything runs smoothly during the editing process and rendering, and I don't encounter any issues.

However, when I view the rendered file/the final video file, there are glitches present. Frame freezes, audio dropouts, glitches, you name it.

I've already tried reinstalling Premiere Pro, but unfortunately, it hasn't helped. I'm hoping you can assist me since Premiere Pro is essential for me to carry out my work.

1920x1080
Linear PCM, H.264

Export settings:

Match Source - Adaptive High Bitrate

H.264

50fps

Have you tried exporting other frame rates like 30 fps or 60 fps to see if the play better.  at least as experiment to see if that's the problem or not.

NVIDIA GPU? Please try rolling back your NVIDIA GPU driver, @ShelingCynthia. I heard about that potential fix from a tech in assisted support this morning. Let us know if it works. I hope the advice helps. I am really sorry for the issue.

I have an addition: when I render to the hard drive of my MacBook Pro, everything goes well. As soon as I try to render to the external hard drive, there are glitches in the final files.

Do you happen to know what could be causing this?

Oh, you're on Mac. What are the specs of your computer?
