This new updates is saving glitchy video. Tried to save a video for 9 times with no success. I wish I hadn't update the software

you can revert to the previous version in the creative cloud app by clicking on the three dots to the right of the premiere app. And probably never a good idea to update immediately when an update is released. Wait at least a few days...
