Does anyone have a fix for this. It worked on my Mac but I installed on my desktop and now this happens.

Hi @colin_0009, Welcome to our Adobe Express community!
Please specify if Adobe Express is the product you're using or some other Adobe product, like Premiere Pro or After Effects, since GoPro Reframe is a plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for more advanced editing.
Sharing a screen recording of the workflow with the issue will help us investigate the problem better.
Thanks!

Hey Colin,
Could you check if there are any updates for the plugin in the GoPro website? I see the last update was made on April of this year: https://adobe.ly/4nmAVye.
Thanks,
Ishan

I have the latest version. Just downloaded again. I was using this on my Mac before and everything worked. Switched to a PC and now when I drop it on the clip, the video turns black. The controls work and I can hear the sound as I play the clip but no visable footage.

Please hold down the Alt key and launch Premiere Pro. Select the "Disable third party plugins" option. Let me know if you can see the preview with plugins disabled. They will be enabled once you restart the app.

I can see the video until I drag and drop the GoPro refame on the timeline.

So as soon as you drop the video to your Timeline, the preview turns black. Turning off third-party plugins doesn't have any effect. Is that correct? Please also share your current Premiere Pro version and let me know if it's possible for you to share a sample media file for testing.
