using premier pro 23.1 and latest nvidia studio driver 527.56  WHQL

Might want to add some explanation on what is unusual.

Analyzing is done on the CPU, stabilizing is done on the GPU.

I've never seen it work this effectively before, I've been using premier for 15 years and I've never seen it work this fast and effectively!
