Graphics Driver Crashes and Restarts

Whenever I have another program running, for example something that is GPU accelerated. Such as Zoom. Both of my displays turn off, and I hear a disconnect sound. After a while they reconnect. And premiere closes. I have no idea why it does this, and it has done this ever since Premiere Pro 2021 and on multiple Windows installs. My GPU drivers are up-to-date too using the latest ones
