Graphics won't load into timeline

Does anyone know why the graphics won't load into the timeline? They used to load, but for the last couple of times I've started PP they have since stopped and I don't know why.

Need more information than that. What type of graphics are you using, and what do you mean by loading?

Do you mean "Motion Graphics Templates"? If so, I have the same problem and came here just now to specifically ask it. 

I'm going to make a post specifically about this in more detail right now.

Never mind guys, I had the problem resolved by customer service. I apologize for the vagueness, but I was in a crunch to get a project done. It turns out that I was using an older version of Premiere Pro CC and the motion graphics specifically the title cards were not loading into the timeline because of it. Simple solution, use the current version rather than last years version updated in the app center and found in the application section if on Mac. Thank you.
