I am using Windows10 pro laptop with GeForce RTX 2080
After launcing Premiere Pro (14.0 version) the inital start-up with illustrations appears and then it is just an inactive gray window where I have all the menu components.
I have tried uncheking Menu->Window->Workspaces->Import Workspace from previous project and it didn't work.
I have tried Menu->Window->Reset to saved layout - didn't work.
I have updated the version 14.0 - didn't work.
I have tried this https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/workspace-turns-gray/m-p/9693134 didn't work.
I have uninstalled version 14.0 and installed 15.0 - didn't work.

Please HELP !!!

Make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

As @Peru Bob suggested, make sure you update your nVidia driver.

Personally, my updates work just fine with the game drivers, but I have the 1080 card - and it may be true that you need to source the studio driver for the RTX 2080 card range.
