Green pixels on Red and Orange colors in Footage

I don't think this is a Premiere Pro issue as I see the problem in the footage before importing it into the software. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to remove it now that I know it is in the footage.

Looks like you might want to reshoot this. If that's not possible, can you cut the sequence without this clip?
