Wanting to edit using premerie pro on a mac. downloaded program and started importing footage. play back is a green screen with lines every so often. audio is coming thru. Trying to update my driver. cant figure it out. my laptops specs are in my attached screen shot. Please help! Thanks!
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
