I am trying to burn a project to a Blu-ray disc. I have tried several times to export this to:

H.264 Blu-ray

I tried to modify the settings a couple times, and then use the unmodified preset. It errors every single time.

Any ideas? I have cash.

I am working through this and I think it may have something to do with unrednered clips. I will try to render this out and then export again. I will update once done.

So, Lut buddy seems to be the issue.

Now the question is, why does this hang in this version of Premiere when it was fine in the previous version?

That's annoying. Now I have to go through this entire project and regrade all the clips that use Lut buddy to apply the color grading and figure out another path to to apply the style? Great.
