My soutce dimension are 1080 width x 1920 height.

I can not locate MATCH BITRATE TO SOURCE in presets?

It's driving me insane... And I can't chamge the dimensions for render, and it's making me place a portrait on a landscae!

I'm not having any issues with setting H.264 then matching source ... so I'm puzzled at the problem you're having.

And it's a bit counter-intuitive, but to change the framerate and framesize settings, you need to uncheck the little box by them.

Hi, indeed frame siz is 1076 x 606... My bad..

Is there a way I can take whaT I have created here now, in this size and upgrade it to the actual instgram reels size of 1920 x 1080? This lower size is vastly reducing quality of my Canon 70-200 2.8!

I can't seem to just change it, I am guessing I need to start a new project and 'drag and drop' ?

There is no match source high bitrate in (assuming this is) CS6.

(next time tell us upfront what version your are using, lots of things have changed over the years)

Dont use Match Sequence Setting: wrong codec.

Turn off frame blending: not exporting to a different framerate.

You are saying your source is 1080x1920. Not seeing that in the screenshot. Just some odd dimensions in source and export.
