H264 Export will not work

Hi all,

I am trying to export a 5 minute sequence to a H264 MP4 file. When the export is complete most of the video is black with some weird distortion here and there. Audio is fine. The filesize is also consistently 38mb, no matter what I do.

I tried H265 and MXF exports, these both worked.

Any one had this problem before?
