H264s from Premiere pixelate when paused...

Weird issue - The H264s that I've exported flawlessly for years from Premiere seem to pixelate or mosaic in certain spots [outside of Premiere] when I pause it or step through it. Playing back at normal speed there appears to be no issue. But when I pause the movie, I see pixelation and such. I just want to make sure I'm not delivering movies to clients with some kind of issue embedded. I THINK [not sure] this started happening around the time I updated to Sonoma 14.5. Any idea what's going on?

UPDATE!!!!! I figured out a solution ... switched from one-pass setting to two-pass. Simple fix, should anyone else be experiencing this.
