H265 HDR videos show glitch

I have imported several videos recorded with my Pixel 7 into Premiere Pro, and there are some that have a glitch (attached screenshot). The only commonality I have found among the videos that look bad is that they are recorded at 30fps with HDR instead of 60fps without HDR. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi, did you fix it ? I got the same problem , i cant do anything on it.

I haven't found a great solution. What I've had to do is use a website to convert the file and then import it, although it's a method that results in a loss of quality. I'm still waiting for Adobe to solve the issue.
