Hands On Tutorials in Premiere Pro not working

The tutorials open up blank with no textual hints. I had no issue with photoshop or lightroom. For some reason the tutorials on Premiere are not launching correctly. Is this a known issue?

I am having the same problem.
I had no issue with Photoshop or Lightroom of After Effects.
I deleted and reinstalled Premiere Pro.
All apps are up to date.
I'm using MacBook Pro and Monterey 12.3.
Is there a solution to this, please help.

Hi Sebahattin,

Sorry about that. Try updating Premiere Pro. I had the same problem and updating solved it.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

I had completely deleted and reinstalled Premiere Pro at least 3 times. Now I did it again, but the result did not change. I get the same warning message and Hands-on Tutorials is not working.

All my apps on MacBook Pro are licensed.

Thank you!

Sorry. Is this a MacBook Pro with Apple Silicon (M1 chip)?

Thanks,
Kevin

The most recent; just checked that on Creative Cloud today. The tutorial progress bar stops before completion, and no further attempts to download has any effect.

Sorry. Is this a MacBook Pro with Apple Silicon (M1 chip)? Let me know. You can also check the Creative Cloud application and choose Help > Check for Updates. You may be still using the past version, which had this bug on M1 Macs.

Thanks,
Kevin

It's an iMac with an Intel chip, like I said in my post. Creative Cloud tells me Premiere Pro is up to date.
