Hard time exporting to Media Encoder (also goes for After Effects)

Hello guys,

Ever since I updated to CC 22 rendering from Premiere Pro (or After Effects) with Media Encoder is highly unstable. At one point all goes well and a minute later it lags, render failes or it doesn't even show up in Media Encoder. This especially goes for sequences with AE comps in it. 

I use a Windows 10 computer with descent specs and render directly to Google Drive. I know this could be a bottleneck but it didnt gave me any trouble with previous versions.

Any related experiences among other users?
