hardware encoding export problem

when exporting with Hardware Encording selected, a file is created that has 24B. Export succeeds only in Software settings. I work on wind11 64, RTX 3080, I reinstalled the system and I have the latest studio drivers.

Please always post the exact version of the drivers.

• Your drivers may not be the latest, even if you think so.
• In a few weeks, when the next generation comes out, they won't be the latest any more.

With the export setting, someone can test on a different system, if they come near to your configuration.
