Having trouble moving Presets to Custom Bin

Hi i have PP 2021 and i was hoping to get some help as it seams as though im incapable of moving my presets to the custom Bin ive created. Ive tried using the arrow and the hand both and it seams as though niether is willing to grab any preset so i can move it to my Bin.Ive restarted the program and computer several times as well as resteing the prefrences and clearing and the catch and they simply refuse to move and help appreciated. Thank You.

I changed the batteries in the mo9use and restared the computer again and the great part is its working now. The nasty part? All my previous presets that were in the Bin are gone.

Make a backup of your presets by exporting them to the HDD.
