Header bar Home/Import/Export inactive

Hello, Comunity!

Suddenly I have the header bar options Home, Import and Export inactive. They worked fine until now. By inactive I mean that when I click one of them nothing happens. Otherwise, if I go toFile> Export or Import they work as the are supposed to do. 

I must say I cleaned my keyboard and it is possible to have clicked some combination of buttons to disable something in windows/premiere/other by accident. 

Any suggestions?

This new Import Export header bar wont allow Export to come forward on my windows and I can't see it. It's stuck there. Any thoughts?

Are you using floating panels?

Most of my panels are floating. I break them up and then place them where I want it. Before this new feature when I clicked "Export" the Export window would move to the front where I could easily manipulate it. Now it hides behind my panels and I can't bring it to the front.

"Floating" doesn't work with the three new "pages" very well ... when it does at all.
