Help! Adding Footage to Source/Timeline turns green & distorted.

I've deleted the cache files, updated pp & media encoder. Im on Mac, GPU acceleration is grey out so i cant change it. I just do not know what to do anymore. It works fine in capcut. Any answers are appreciated my editing family! 🙂

In Windows the video device driver is independant of the operating system, and what you describe is usually fixed by downloading a newer driver from the video card maker... I don't know how a video device driver is updated on a Mac
