HELP! How do I transfer old settings to new PC??

Hey, all! I just bought a new PC and naturally reinstalled Premiere Pro but none of the 'Profile' settings are with it, even tho I clicked the "Import previous settings" in CC . I still have the old settings from the previous PP, but when I copy/paste into the new PP, nothing happens. I'm not looking forward to reinstalling all the presets, motion graphic templates, etc. HELP!
