Help needed with recording videos

Total noob here..... So I understand that you can not record videos directly into premier pro. I am wondering if any of the adobe apps can record videos from a lap top? If not not is the easiest program I can use to record videos on a PC laptop and the edit with premier pro?

No Adobe programs that I know do this. You may want to look at Camtasia.
