Hey there,
Was working on a project. Noticed the microphone was picking up a lot of noise when recording dialogue, so I decided to reset Premiere. Now the Project won't open at all, and crashes nearly immediately. I've tried to open a previous version of the project, and it still crashes. I've reset preferences, disabled audio plugins, and nothing is working.
I've also tried importing the project into a new project, that is also causing the project to crash. I've returned to a previous version of Premiere, again to no avail. Please help!
I've attempted to upload the crash report, but it only appears as a DMP file. When navigating to the folder where there should be a crash report, I have nothing.

Thanks for sharing your project file. I was able to open it without issue on my Mac in both Premiere Pro 24.1 and Premiere Pro (Beta) 24.3.
When you say crash, what exactly happens? Does Premiere Pro disappear? Do you get a dialog box asking to submit the crash report? If so please put your email address in the email box and let me know and I can search for it in our crash log database.
Also, could you try disconnecting your hard drive or otherwise moving the media to a different folder and open your project to see if it opens when the media is missing? If it's able to open in that state (like on my system) that is good to know.

Appreciate the response. Yes, I'm getting a dialog box that's telling me the project has crashed. The email I've submitted the crash report to would be "chagopian@gmail.com" I have moved all the files locally onto the laptop now, and I'm still getting the error as soon as I open the project file.
