help very much needed

hello everyone, 

i have an issue. i, working on a project for college and when i try to export the video (in either HD or 4K) 

the timer just keep going up and at some point just stop and the an error screen pop up. 

ive checked everything from storege to the video itself but didnt found anything. 

if someone know how to fix it PLEASE HELP!

Have a look at what is happening on your timeline at the timecodes on the error message. If there are effects at those points try render and replace on the affected clips.

Richard is right there is an effect at the timecode.  Can you try and nest that media clip and let us know if that helps your issue.
