Help with a seamless gif loop

Hello 

I'm looking for someone to help created a seamless gif loop. I've sat for hours watching the videos and it just isn't working. 

So if I were to send the person the gif etc can some adjust it. Basically I need some clouds to pan across the image in a seamless loop. 

I will obviously pay (unless it costs a fortune) then I will just keep the image as it is.

I would assume that your first frame would have to match the last frame to create a seamless loup.   If it's clouds moving across the sky, you might be able to dissolve at the loop point and create a new source file with a different in and out so the dissolve is in the middle of the loop...  make sense?
