Herramienta pluma no funciona

Hola buenas he intentado utilizar la herramienta pluma en la ultima versión de premiere pro pero no me funciona, no me deja marcar los frames. ¿Que puedo hacer?

cuando sitas "frame", hablas de los nodos? A mí me pasa que no me los marca: Sabes porque será? Gracias
