Horizontal line Encoding on Premiere 2021 M1 and MediaEncoder

I have problem with encoding, with all H264 H265 prores etc ...

A line appears staggered and randomly

I solve the probleme by launching Mediaencoder (intel version) ... so plz Adobe can you fix this problem on M1 version ...

does anyone have this problem ???
