Hotspot from the sun

Hi guys...I have a 4-camera multicam and one of the cameras was positioned poorly (my bad). I'm interested in any video effect that can be used to tone down the glare. I've attached a capture showing what I'm looking at..specifically the area in front of the female singer. I realize itwould have been better to fix this at time of filming, but what I got is what I got. I'm not expecting to recover any detail, just need to have that area less "hot". Any suggestions?
