How can I edit a name tag in my video, I spelled a name wrong

We need more information. Is the tag created in Premiere essential graphics or is it part of the video?

If was created in Premiere you can change on one of the graphics with your type tool. You can then hold down alt or option and drag the graphic to make a duplicate and place it in the other portions where the tag is.
