Hi all. I want to sync still images to some audio that I have but the music is high in bpm and am having trouble finding the exact instance I need to change frames. Is there any way to slow down playback speeds without adding effects?

on the mac, if you hold down the "k" key and the "l" key, it will playback slowly...  An alternative is to hit the "m" key (add marker) on the beat as you're playing back...  That will add markers on each beat...    Usually close enough...  although you may need to adjust individual edits here and there...

You also may be able to see the beats in the waveform visible in the audio track in the timeline (see attached screen shot with the wrench icon clicked at the top left of the timeline). This should make it pretty easy to cut to the beat...Screen Shot 2023-01-20 at 4.04.07 PM.png
