How do I change Premiere 2021's splash screen on a Mac?

I was able to change After Effects' by changing this file "AE_Splash" in Applications/Adobe After Effects.app/Contents/Frameworks/AfterFXlib.framework , but I cant found the equivalent folder for Premiere Pro's.

No idea how to do this on the Mac. On Windows, it's in the PNG folder.

Did not like the splash screen either, so I changed it.
