Hello, I'm getting this error whenever I try to launch Adobe Premiere Pro. 

My computer runs on Windows 10 Pro N, Version 22H2, OS Build 19045.2846

My Specs are:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600

GPU: RX 6700 XT

RAM: 32GB
SSD+HDD: 2.5TB (Not sure if that was needed)
