How do I make this effect in premiere pro?

Hey, I'm new to premiere pro and I was wondering how one could make something like this, I thought it justlooked cool and wanted to replicate it, but I  cant seem to figure it out. At first I thought it was time remapping but when I tried it, it didnt look very good. Then I tried cutting the clips in intervals of 5 frames, but that also didnt work. The video link is down below, and I'm reffering to the part at the end, I've got everything else down to a T.

Super simple.. it's just a 60fps video cut up and slowed down to 30 for each cut.
