how do I stop auto language download. Im trying to edit a video and I use the auto text to make it, but the premiere pro is downloading automatically other language that I dont want to use

I don't recall any reports of language pack downloads that were not selected.
I don't know any way to start such a download unless you selected that language.
In my test, there was a progress bar in the Transcribe panel that allowed me to cancel with an X.
A screenshot might help.
