How do I switch to expert view in premiere pro 2022

It seems like the simplest question, but I can't find a straight answer.  I can't find any options in Premiere to do so.

Element has an Expert View, PPro does not.

Instead, you have workspaces.

Thanks for your response!  I was looking for a way to group layers and then move them together, and I saw an old tutorial which mentioned the 'Expert View', which led to this question.
