How to add tamil language in speach to text

Hi, I am trying to create English captions for a Video that is in the Tamil language.

But Premiere Pro auto caption allows only a few languages like English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Hindi to be transcribed into English.

How do I transcribe the Tamil language as it is unavailable on the list?

Is there a way I can download and bring it into Premiere Pro to create a caption?

The Tamil language is not supported in Premiere Pro.
