I'm making a mock car commercial from the 1950s using old Chevy footage I found on Archive.org. The text looks a little too clean and sharp. Any suggestions on how to blend it into the commercial better?

In the clip above I've used gaussian blur and noise. I've explored lumetri color a bit, but so far only turned the text gray.

Make the whole clip black and white, not color.

Change the color of the text so that it is more noticeable.

try Lumetri on the clip, maybe lower the exposure, highlights and whites, use lumetri scopes...

maybe try vignette?
