How to change language.

Hi  I want to change my language of Premiere Pro, I want to find "[removed by mod]" but it is no response on my computer, can someone answer me how to fix it? THANK YOU!

In the CC Desktop app (Avatar/Preferences/Apps) you can select the default language.

You do need to reinstall the program.
