How To Configure Amount of Auido and Video Tracks on Startup

Everytime I open up Priemere and start a new project, there is 4 audio tracks and only 3 video tracks. Is there a way I can change this to be 2 audio tracks and 4 video tracks on startup, so I don't have to adjust it every time?
